Matt is managing principal of a real estate investment company headquartered in Buffalo, NY with holdings in New York and Florida. Matt attended Canisius College and New York University and worked in the media relations department for the Buffalo Bills.
Brian is an attorney and partner with the law firm Marcus & Cinelli, LLP. After attending SUNY Binghamton and Georgetown University Law Center, Brian spent time as securities trader in New York City before returning home to Western New York to found Marcus & Cinelli, LLP in Williamsville, NY.

Mr. Reed is a Hall of Fame NFL wide receiver (Class of 2014), who spent 15 of his 16 seasons playing for the Buffalo Bills (1985–1999). He was an essential piece of the Bills’ Super Bowl teams. His 951 total career receptions rank 11th in NFL history (3rd at the time of his retirement). In 2009, Mr. Reed was elected to the Buffalo Bills 50th Season All-Time Team.
Mr. DeLamielleure is a Hall of Fame NFL offensive lineman (Class of 2003), who spent 8 of his 13 seasons playing for the Buffalo Bills (1973-1979, 1985). He was an essential piece of an offensive line dubbed the “Electric Company,” which cleared the way for O.J. Simpson. Mr. DeLamielleure was selected as first or second team All Pro eight times, placing him third among all Hall of Fame guards, in terms of All-Pro selections.
Mr. Shaw is a Hall of Fame NFL offensive lineman (Class of 1999), who spent his entire career playing for the Buffalo Bills (1961-1969). Drafted by the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League and the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, he opted to play for the Bills and became the first Hall of Fame member to play his entire career in the AFL.
Mr. Lofton is a Hall of Fame wide receiver (Class of 2003), who spent 4 of his 16 season playing for the Buffalo Bills (1989-1992). He played in three of the Bills‘ Super Bowls and was named to the Pro Bowl eight times. Mr. Lofton used his speed and soft hands to accumulate 764 catches and 14,004 yards during his career. At the time of his retirement, he held the record for career-reception yardage. Upon retirement, Mr. Lofton started careers in coaching and broad casting, working as a commentator for CNN, NBC and Fox.
Mr. Christie was a kicker for the Buffalo Bills for 10 out of his 16 seasons in the NFL and is the Bills all-time leading scorer. He holds records for the Bills’ longest field goal (59 yards in 1993) and longest Super Bowl field goal (54 yards in 1994). Mr. Christie and fellow BFA Advisory Board member, Mr. Reed, were key pieces in the historic “The Comeback” playoff game against the Houston Oilers in 1993. He has been inducted into the sports hall of fame for the Buffalo Bills, Oakville, Ontario (his hometown) and The College of William and Mary (his alma mater).
Mr. McConkey is president and partner of Academy Securities, a disabled veteran broker-dealer specializing in investment banking, equity & debt capital markets, public finance and institutional agency trading. Prior to his financial career, Mr. McConkey played six years in the NFL for four teams and is best remembered for his touchdown catch in Super Bowl XXI for the New York Giants. He served in the U.S. Navy over a five-year period as a Naval Aviator and nuclear weapons transshipment pilot and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. Mr. McConkey grew up in Buffalo, and despite never playing for the Bills, remains a diehard fan.

Mr. Forti is a founding partner of the Black Rock Group, with over 15 years experience in media relations, campaign strategy, strategic communications and public affairs.
